Our priority is to assist parents in planning playdates for your little ones so it’s not another time consuming task on your plate by pairing and connecting like-minded parents and children.

 

Some parents are fortunate to organically create relationships... sometimes it's the luxury of time, sometimes it's just a more fortuitous circumstance. Unfortunately, it has become a rarity.

It seems our lives are consumed more and more by various obligations, limiting our focus for interactions with those surrounding us. This is especially true when children are in the picture. Many parents struggle to meet other like-minded parents due to time constraints. Why use PlayMayt?

While there are resources available, there is nothing that exists that specifically focuses on finding that effectively curated playdate.

 

How safe is this app?

Safety is our primary concern. Inclusivity is a key value of the company and we have a zero tolerance policy for abuse. In terms of enforcement, we’ll utilize account and content level checks to make sure content meets our high community standards that protect against toxicity, bullying, hate speech, explicit nudity, violence, drug use and other forms of abuse. Since parents are the ones using the app, we recommend keeping conversations to the app and obviously use their best judgement on anything deemed questionable.

 

What age groups does PlayMayt support?

Currently, our search feature is for ages 9 and below, where we see the needs are the most prevalent.

 

Outside of assisting in scheduling playdates, do you offer other features?

We do! We share parenting tips/questions, product recommendations, highlight local venues for meetups, and notify you of activities/events happening in your area.
